I’m a writer and musician based in New York, and my pronouns are he/him/his and they/them/their.

I wrote the music for Fucking Identical Twins (a one-act musical with book and lyrics by Aaron Jackson and Josh Sharp), which ran at Upright Citizens Brigade for over a year and was optioned by 20th Century Fox for feature film adaptation in 2016.

In 2017, I scored Telemamas, a scripted comedy by Maria Alexandria Beech. It’s currently in development by Wise Entertainment. My NYU thesis musical, Class (book and lyrics by Maria Alexandria Beech), was a finalist for the National Musical Theater Conference at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in 2017.

As countertenor, I was an alto finalist for the Grammy Award-winning San Francisco-based chamber choir, Chanticleer, in 2017.

My writing, published in Metro US and INTO, covers LGBTQ+ culture, lifestyle, activism, education, and career topics, as well as personal essays. My press clippings can be found here. I’m a member of the NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists.

I’m an alumnus of the University of Tulsa School of Music and NYU’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program at Tisch School of the Arts, where I studied under William Finn, Michael John LaChiusa, and Polly Pen.
