No one gets enough love, no one gets enough attention. We feel needy—we’re even angry with ourselves for having needs. All too often, we sacrifice the things that make life worth living on the altars of others’ demands.

Maybe you feel deprived of touch, maybe you feel deprived of your own voice. Maybe you don’t know what’s missing, but something about a loving, caring space to let go sounds like just what the doctor ordered.

I’m here to help you rediscover your unique beauty and worth by holding that loving, caring space. Drop your fear of being judged at the door and get back in touch with what you want in a safe environment of empowerment, creativity, curiosity, and fun.

We call it “cuddling,” but there’s no requirement that our session include touch. This time is all about you. We’ll agree to let each other know if and when we feel uncomfortable, so you can be sure that anything we do together within the code of conduct and my “Yes” is done with my whole heart.

I especially welcome clients with histories of trauma. As a fellow survivor, I’m intimately familiar with the specific challenges involved in relearning trust and intimacy, and I commend your courage to seek out healing.

During sessions, we’ll work with “radical consent,” which involves the use of explicit and specific verbal communication around touch. I find that, though nonverbal consent is a wonderful practice of intimacy in certain contexts, cuddling provides a special opportunity to engage the voice as an advocate for the things we want and don’t want. When we get into the habit of speaking up for ourselves in cuddling, we can apply what we’ve learned to the rest of our lives.

Session Information

Before our first session, you can expect to hear from me by email, in which I will respond to your request for a session. I offer new clients the opportunity to speak on the phone for about 15 minutes to answer more fully any questions you might have. The call also gives us both a chance to assess whether my services are a good match to your expectations.

I prefer out-call requests within the New York City metro area, but can host in-calls on a case-by-case basis. Note that, for out-calls on hot and humid days, I may ask to rinse off in the shower at your location—I’ll bring my own towel and supplies. I am happy to travel within 40 minutes door-to-door from my apartment in lower Manhattan via public transit during daytimes with no travel fee. In the case of a longer commute, nighttime sessions, or other extenuating circumstances, I will respectfully ask for ride-sharing taxi fare.

We will confirm the booking with a 50% deposit fee. I request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, after which time I will keep your deposit. I accept payment via cash, Venmo, Cash App (Square), and PayPal.
